This Return Policy sets forth our limited warranty, return and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requirements, and related limitations. It forms part of the FarmFasteners.com Terms of Service.
1. Business Customers’ Limited Warranty
FarmFasteners.com warrants any product purchased for use in business or resale against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Any products deemed to be defective by FarmFasteners.com shall be remedied by either product replacement or a refund of the purchase price, at our discretion and subject to applicable law.
2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by FarmFasteners.com for each return. Items shipped without an RMA number will be refused.
Returns are subject to the approval of FarmFasteners.com in its sole discretion, and are governed by the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. No returns will be allowed after 30 days.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- Special orders cannot be returned.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging bearing applicable traceability numbers.
- All returns must be sent via prepaid freight.
- Products that have been installed, modified, used, abused, altered, improperly handled, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for return or replacement.
3. Shipping Errors and Damage
If FarmFasteners.com ships an incorrect item, incorrect quantity, or a product damaged due to our error, the customer must contact Customer Service within thirty (30) days of delivery. We may request photographs, packaging information, or other documentation necessary to verify the issue. Once verified, FarmFasteners.com will replace the affected product at no additional cost to the customer, and no restocking fee will apply.
4. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES TO ANY BUSINESS CUSTOMER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. FARMFASTENERS.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. FARMFASTENERS.COM’S LIABILITY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES IS LIMITED TO, AND SHALL NOT EXCEED, THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY LIABILITY.
5. Manufacturer’s Warranty
Certain products may be covered by warranties provided directly by their manufacturers, and those terms are controlled by the applicable manufacturer. For information regarding a specific manufacturer’s warranty, please contact FarmFasteners.com.
6. Product Compliance and Suitability
Jurisdictions have varying laws, codes, and regulations governing the construction, installation, and/or use of products for a particular purpose, and certain products may not be available for sale in all areas. FarmFasteners.com does not guarantee compliance with or suitability of the products it sells with any laws, codes, or regulations, nor does FarmFasteners.com accept responsibility for the construction, installation, and/or use of a product.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the product application and all applicable laws, codes, and regulations for each relevant jurisdiction to ensure that the construction, installation, and/or use involving the products is compliant.
7. Cross-Reference Information
Product cross-reference comparisons do not imply that products are available or perfectly comparable. Customers shall review all cross-referenced product specifications prior to purchase and use to determine the suitability of the product for the customer’s intended use.
